ABOUT THE PROGRAM

What: 8-week cohort program to master AI tools and speak credibly about AI in leadership contexts

Format:

  • Weekly (on saturdays) 90-minute live sessions (teaching + Q&A)

  • Hands-on assignments you apply to your actual work

  • Small group (max 10 people) for personalized attention

  • Group chat for questions between sessions

Curriculum:

  • Weeks 1-2: AI fundamentals, demystification & strategic understanding

  • Weeks 3-5: Hands-on tool mastery (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering, automation workflows & agentic flows)

  • Weeks 6-7: Leading AI initiatives and making strategic decisions

  • Week 8: Application & career positioning

Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per week (live session + assignment)

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Bio:
Dotun Opasina is a Principal AI Expert at Publicis Sapient, where he advises C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies on AI strategy and implementation. He has spent over a decade at firms like McKinsey's QuantumBlack, Goldman Sachs, and Slalom building AI and data solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Previously, Dotun led AI teams across industries at McKinsey's specialized AI group, QuantumBlack, developing machine learning solutions that drove millions in value for clients. He also founded DotunAI to democratize AI literacy for African and Black professionals, and leads professional development initiatives within NSBE Boston.

Dotun holds a Master's in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University.
